    Well, my freedom finally came to an end. Please I echo all of the requests for classic mail back. I don't know why you thought this was a good idea, but mail is now terrible to view and use on any format or platform. It used to be the best mail system, now even google mail looks good, a new low even for Verizon. Give yahoo back to those who were running it before, and let the user voice be heard.

    I HATE the new format and want the classic back. why can't we at least have the option of maintaining what we know and enjoy! Makes me rethink my choice to have Yahoo at all if the wishes of so many people are totally ignored. I have yet to see anyone say this is anything positive.

    why do you say there is a way to switch back, yet it is not there when i follow the instructions and click the gear and more options?????????????????

    I REALLY want the old mail back ! This new one is confusing to me as well as it is hard to read . I honestly do not like it ! I agree with the comment "let the app kids go play elsewhere" ! The old one was not broken and it was easy to read . Because of this new one that you forced me to use made me lose most of my emails that were important ! Now they are gone and it is your fault !

    Ugh. Can you bring the old format back? I did not agree to this. It's terrible and it's triggering my anxiety. I don't like unwanted change!

    This sucks. You've done this to me before and time and time again I've told you to never change me again.
    Classic e-mail is what I want.

    Leave me alone !!!
    If I want change to my e-mail I will do it myself.

    I agree. I waited for Yahoo to wake up from it's dumb decision. I've probably had (and loved) the old email format for 20 years! Why make folks change now!

    Give us the option to choose, not automatically change it without the customers approval

    CHANGE MY FORMAT BACK to Classic. This adds absolutely NO VALUE to my existing account .

    This new format stinks, I didn't ask for the change and it has more ads mixed in with emails both inbox and spam and can't get any pdf,s that were sent to show on the page
    need to go back to the Old version

    They told you the old version was going to no longer be supported, so it shouldn't be a surprise when it went away. Does the new version suck? Yes, but they don't need your permission to update their design.
