Why is it so difficult to locate an article I receive in my email inbox here on the website?
I’m frustrated that the article I receive in my inbox is a) somewhere on the site, and buried somewhere so it’s impossible to find, or b) it doesn’t exist, in which case is just sad. And what’s up with the search box? Why would I want to search the web using a search appliance on your website when I can just go to the address bar of my browser and search for anything I want? Where’s the site search tool?
