This pattern of exaggerated aggression carried out by police officers facing no apparent threat could be the side effects of a substance such as steroids or other mind affecting compounds. If a patrolman knows that being part of a lethal action will be immediately followed with a blood test, he or she would certainly factor that into his or her decision to "let one go." You will notice that the deceased victims of police shootings are tested for any ingested mind altering substances. If we test the blood of the one losing his life, shouldn't we test the blood of the one taking it?

I feel the comment section to be a way to get new relevent ideas in front of those individuals acting on the b ehalf of their constinuants. We need to get away from the same old 2 sides of the old and worn outansweres that donot seem to help anymore. How about mandetory terrorist insurance to fund the pentegon and, as the premiumes are less needed be shifted toi universal health care.
