    I want to be put back on the old format for news. "If it isn't broke--don't fix it"

    Go back to the original page format. The new one just plain STINKS and is totally useless! If you do not, I will drop Yahoo altogether.

    I am in agreement with so many readers who state a dislike for the version of news layout you are submitting for us to use. I don't need or want you to select what "you may think" are my preferences in reading materials and format. I love the simplicity of the original news page and want to be able to continue to use it in the future. Don't mess with something that works just fine for millions of your users! At least give us the option to go to the older layout if we want to use it

    Since you changed the news feed I see far fewer stories, it's just the same stories over and over. And it's not stories I'm interested in. The old news page knew what I wanted to read.

    The new format is garbage. Let's try a little balanced reporting and not just the liberal views that seem to be the only thing on the new format news. Git rid of the celebrity garbage too...I don't care what the opinion of any performing "artist" is.

    New yahoo news page does not work for me. News picture's and AD size are TOO big and consume 2/3 of screen. Its a news page not a AD page!!! No one goes there to read ADs. Credit for 3 story per page scroll consistency but 4 per page works better. Give more space to reading the NEWS not pictures and ADS!

    Go back to the old format, the new format is a complete failure. All I want is the news page if I want something else I can change it myself.

    I do not like the new Homepage format either. I can use it but prefer the old one . I do understand that developers get bored and want something new and the company wants to attract new readers. Most under 40's don't use or read regular news choosing soundbites over content. Every other news format I have used I rarely access now -Guardian UK, BBC, NYT . . It is nice to have the option to stay with old format. I tried it hand had to play around to get back to original format.for the Homepage.

    The new column format is too compressed and too busy. Text is too tiny. Keep the older layout.

    An organized sentence is beautiful like an organized mind. Your constant changeability has become to efficient for anyone's good. Your system is wrong at base because you are not real. You are a big vaporetic nothing ball. Don't soft force Beta testing. Its disrespectful to those you love to think with themselves.

    Your new homepage format sucks!! Apparently Yahoo wants to cram everything old, new, stupid, irrelevant, repetitive and totally useless into one confusing page! Plus you limit comments to whatever your algorithm feels are appropriate and rejects everyone else! Get real, Yahoo! You are beginning to sound and look like Russia's state run media...

    Is there a way to revert the main page layout back to what it was before? I really do not like the new format and am having trouble navigating the items important to me. Please help.

    Return to the old news format. The new format sucks.
