  1. turn comments back on. Freedom of speech

Turn commenting back on so people can engage in discussion rather than eat the drivvle shoveled at us with no option to respond

  2. Bring back the comments

You are so lame for removing them. What? Couldn't take the criticism? Don't like free speech when it doesn't agree with you?

  4. Why is Yahoo exhibiting cancel culture and silencing the voices if readers? As a democrat have no option but to us FOX NEWS!

FOX NEWS allows for civil discourse on their site. Deleted Yahoo app because they silence dissent and have become intolerable of any view but their own. The election is on the horizon and suddenly the push for their biased left wing agenda to go unopposed is most concerning. This democrat has switched to FOX and is voting Trump 2020 for law order and freedom of speech!

  5. You turned off comments...Why? What are you hiding?

Not to worry... you'll turn comments back on after the election.

  6. Put back comment section

When yahoo took the comment section away it took my reason for using yahoo as a news source. Yahoo articles make no sense sometimes and the comment section has the condensed version of the article. The comment section always gave difference perception of the article. And it was funny as all get out. It was my daily laughter. Add a ignore/block button like FB has if this has become an issue.

  9. How is eliminating commenting interaction providing a community experience where people can connect?

Free and open discourse used to be the whole reason for higher education. Why is Yahoo afraid of the free exchange of ideas and opinions? Does Yahoo believe if we silence voices and are of "one mind" we will be better?

  10. Moved to FOX NEWS. Yahoo sucks without comments. Democrat for Trump 2020.

Bring back comments! Suppression of readers voices and opinions is a clear intolerance of any opinion but those of your biased leftist writers. Moderate democrats like myself are sick and tired of Yahoo's cancel culture.

  11. Please bring comment section after the election, so Democrats can support each other in their pain.

“I find this individual so disgusting,” said Jane Kelly-Forest, 61, who lives in a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa. “You want to believe the polls, and you want to believe that people will see what’s right in front of their eyes. I’m disappointed with the electorate and the population as a whole because they can’t see him for what he is.”

What make you think that you are smarter than anyone else? Democrats are only good at badmouthing others.

The comments after the news stories need to be put back on. People like to read the opinions of others.

  15. FEEDBACK

ALL STORIES SHOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMENT AND FEEDBACK RESPONSES. IF THE FEEDBACK IS INAPPROPRIATE BASED ON BASIC COMMON SENSE CRITERIA, THEN DELETE IT. FEEDBACK SHOULD FORCE YAHOO TO COMPLY WITH THE DEMOCRATIC NATURE OF RESPONSES. IT SHOULD NOT BE YAHOO'S AGENDA, IT SHOULD BE THE RESPONDENTS AGENDA. IF 51% DISAGREE THE TOPICS SHOULD BE PULLED. NO MORE YAHOO, FB, OR ANY OTHER MEDIA SOURCE SHOULD BE DRIVING THE NARRATIVE. YOU (YAHOO) SHOULD BE CATERING TO THE PUBLIC THAT GIVES YOU THE PRIVILEGE OF THEIR USE. THE HUFF POST, BLM AND CNN DO NOT REFLECT THE MAJORITY. THEY ARE…

  16. Bring back comments

No comments? Bye, Yahoo. Your articles were obviously biased toward the left's agenda anyway. No fair real reporting. Sensationalism. Hope you all can find new jobs when you lose most of your subscribers.

  17. Put back the comment section; it is our constitutional right to speak our thoughts. You don't shut down the fake news or the liberals!!

Why would you take away our rights to speak our minds when you allow the fake news and liberals to spew out all their lies??

  18. yahoo you need to give everyone a fair voice why should we be censored and that you print anything you want and cater the celebs who are use

Yahoo you need to give everyone a fair voice why should we be censored and you be able to print anything you want and cater to the celebs who are useless in life.

  19. Comments are turned off temporarily? Yeah, right.

I suspect you have the comments turned off because the election is around the corner and Biden is not doing too terribly well. And Harris in an opportunistic loser. And the Squad with Bald headed Pressley is calling for more protests aka riots, destruction, looting, anarchy, etc. And the comment section would show that decent Americans are not amused. So, off to Breitbart where our Freedom of Speech is still appreciated.
