I love the content in your news section. However, the comment under the primary news articles under the Home page are distracting and sometimes offensive. I would like the option to turn them off.

Just show ALL of the facts in a story. It is not your job to make decisions for us.
It is an all too common mistake to assign good or evil intentions to inanimate objects. Look around you; almost anything you see can be used to cause injury to one or more people. It is purely up to an individual's mentality and intentions whether that item is weaponized for evil or to stop evil, threaten or protect innocent lives. America's enemies should study the last 100 yrs. of world history. Attacking us may cause some death and destruction, but that just serves to bring us together and **** us off. Remove ***-related news
Hi. I suggest that you remove "news" that are **-related (e.g., Kylie Jenner's bikini in today's news; some days ago you had news about a lady promising ** to her kidnapper if she's released, etc.). Such news only stimulate people sexually, that is, the effects these produce are just the same as pornographic photos/movies/articles. It doesn't really educate people about good and positive things, especially the young. Please put worthwhile news instead. In this way, Yahoo will become more respectable and honorable. Thank you.

Find a balance between positive and negative content
Please try to balance all the negative with more positive. I enjoy reading the advice columns and seeing a variety of celebrity, political, and local news stories. Obviously the news can't be all sunshine and roses but there have been SO many stories of tragedy, especially involving child murders, that I am considering avoiding your news page. Some might consider that hiding my head in the sand. From where I sit, there is no value in printing so many of these stories. I do not want to hear about every ****** mom who drowns her infant or every baby daddy…

Stop Spam Ads
Yahoo needs to seriously look at their site. I am reading an article and all of a sudden it moves me to another site that says my flash is out of date or it sends me to another site that asks me to do a survey on my internet provider. This is ridiculous....you are basically sending people to sites where they are phishing for information and trying to put malware on people's computers.

Eliminate trashy pornographic "articles" and images.
How can a report of a so-called "celebrity" going braless be worthy of a news article? So disgusted and disappointed by numerous Yahoo postings that are pornographic in nature.

Yahoo site is basically unusable now.
I've been using it for years. I see hundreds of comments here similar to the issues I'm having. The news site is totally bogged down with ads, sponsored websites, videos, and just plain junk articles. I can barely load the site on a high-end computer with super fast internet. When it does load it feels like I'm back in the old dial-up days.
All this feedback and Yahoo does absolutely nothing about it, yet you are losing followers everyday.
Do something to fix this now or I'm gone.
