It has since been revealed Russia was not behind the leaked documents nor are they altered. I hope you correct this article

furthermore, I hope your reporter is a little more cautious about publishing anonymous officials next time. Seems like an untrustworthy source

Be honest and report stories with all pertinent details
When a woman is rescued from attempted kidnapping by a legally armed citizen include that detail in the story! If for any reason no matter how justified a police officer shoots anyone or someone uses a gun in a crime the word gun outnumbers the word is in the article. It called credibility.

you need a copy editor. There are some pretty embarassing errors in the copy, not fatal , but enough that it impairs the credibility.
Hire remote copy editors to work over the copy as it is being published. The writer hit all the marks on the Idaho story, but you can see it was done with speed and the foggy references and typos sack the quality of the story.

Inaccurate Reporting
https://www.yahoo.com/news/catcoon-invaded-store-stayed-3-163744548.html
The unnamed Yahoo author adds in "Florida deputies" in the title, even though it was Jefferson County Sheriffs in Colorado. Location of "Kohl’s store in the Big Bend region of Florida" is added in the article even though the original article states it happened in a Kohl's store in Jefferson County, CO. I just think it's irresponsible to not at least fully read the original article before re-writing it incorrectly.
The original news article from the Miami Herald correctly states the incident happened in Jefferson County Colorado.

Keep your elections 2022 homepage up to date and accurate.
How about keeping your election 2022 homepage up top date. Are you ignoring that page or just bored with it. While you are at it please correct your gross error showing the Democrat Senate with 50 prospective Democrat winners. There clearly are NOT 50 Democrat Senators, you forget the new Senators that were elected as INDEPENDENTS but for some reason you turn them into Democrats. They did not run as Democrats nor did they win as Democrats. Fix this error!

Be honest in advertising the political makeup of the US Senate
You mistakenly, and always, advertise the makeup of the US Senate of only Democrat vs Republicans. You always fail to identify two US Senators as Independent - neither Democrat or Republican. You want to say Democrats and independents control the Senate with the tie braking Democrat Vice President, fine, but do not lie saying there are 50 Democrats in the US Senate, there are 48. This it is just simple math and characterization. Why does Yahoo want to deceive its readers?

In the article about Zakhiku, Iraq you published a photo that is actually Petra, Jordan!
If credibility is important, please don't use misleading photographs. Suggesting that Petra is somehow the newly discovered Zakhiku is not helpful.

https://news.yahoo.com/russias-staggering-losses-over-3-192837597.html
"By this estimate, Russian military deaths are now much higher than the number of American troops killed in either the Iraq or Afghanistan wars, at 4,825 and 3,576 respectively."
Is this statement correct or the graph from DoD that identifies that number for "Coalition deaths"? Don't short change the coalition support in AFG.

TikToker’s viral series reveals ‘Black history facts you’ll never learn in school’
TikToker’s viral series reveals ‘Black history facts you’ll never learn in school’
I read this article, and in it the “TikToker” that the Black Panther Party made the nation’s breakfast program possible. That is not true. Food programs for schools dates back to the late 1800s. There were various programs since that time, and during the Great Depression local programs had to turn to the Federal government for help. The Child Nutrition Act was passed in 1966. The Black Panther program was started in 1969. Yahoo News needs to do better. Social media users should not be used as a…
