Can you please make weekly add limits an option.
I would love the option for 5 or 7 moves a week instead of only a yearly moves limit option. We had that in a Yahoo hockey league I was in, and it would help our baseball league out tremendously.

Commissioners can implement a weekly acquisition limit by following these steps: Commissioner tools >> League Settings >> Edit League Settings >> Maximum player acquisitions per week.

At 1:15 in the morning, I should be able to make a roster change for today
It's 1:15 in the morning and yesterday's games are long over. Yet when I try to make a roster change for today, it says I can't drop players that have already played today. Well guess what, no they haven't. They played yesterday, not today. I should be able to make changes. For a company that's been doing this for years, it still has a ton of flaws in the system. Looking elsewhere next season or not doing it all.

Yahoo's active roster management save SUCKS
I have been screwed over more times than I can count especially by pitching by Yahoo's system automatically reverting starting lineups anytime a free agent is added and put in a roster and whatever reasons - which I still can't figure out - why starting day to day rosters seem to be randomly changed when that day arrives. Example: I will set my roster for the week on Monday based on active games and pitchers slated to start for the week, and then later in the week will notice those starting SPs are still on the bench that day and…
Hi,
When you set a future lineup and then add, drop, or trade a player, that future lineup could be impacted by the transaction that has taken place. As a result, it will reset any changes made to those future lineups, and you will need to click the Start Active Players button again or set the future lineups manually.

This is a crazy idea but hear me out... so if I move a guy, say Ronald Acuna, from the bench into my lineup on Thursday, how about he stays in my lineup on Friday instead of automatically getting moved back to the bench for the rest of the week. Crazy crazy crazy I know but hol' up hear me out... that way when I move Ronald Acuna into my lineup on Thursday - I know I know I know stupid but hold on - he STAYS in my lineup on Friday.

Make 'Start Active Players' option work more effectively
My Start Active Players option does not work. Often, the active player ends up on the bench making points while a selected starter does not play that day.

Player's list additional "Status"
Add an "Active Today" (or inactive, or similar) category to the "Status" drop-down menu (which includes options like Available Players, Free Agents, Keepers, Waivers, Watch List, etc.).
While the green number (batting order) and the red "X" are helpful visual cues, adding this filter would streamline/expedite the process of comparing stats.
This feature would also help fantasy managers in leagues that allow "Active-today" pickups to refine their searches during the final moments, at crunch time.
It's not a "fixed" filter, but rather one that will keep on "feeding" itself as minutes go by. It's similar to the probable pitchers: if…

Why dont the matchup ratings show up any longer?
Matchup ratings (the stars) dont show up on the team pages hardly ever anymore? Typically when I check in the morning. . . the vs pitcher shows up but there is no matchup rating advice. This is a handy feature for quick lineup updates in the daily game. Please update/ get it back to how it used to be.

The "Start Active Players" option is broken.
If a player selects "Start Active Players" it should start the optimum lineup, but it does not. The start % of the player should determine who is starting. My recent experience of Josh Smith starting at SS over Trea Turner is the final straw. In what universe is that the best choice? It is as if that function finds the worst possible lineup and goes with it, so long as active Pitchers are starting.

Bring back classic mode
Please bring back classic mode. I check fantasy about a fifth as much as I used to now. I hate whatever you call the current setup. Its so bad on a phone, and that's all I use now. And I hate the app.

More Vibrant Not Playing Icon
The green playing icon is very clear but the not playing icon is very thin lined and not attention grabbing. It would be great to choose a new icon that is easy to see.

Player pick-ups
It seems like a backdoor cheat code when players just add and drop pitchers willy-nilly every week looking to pile up those points, especially in a mad scramble on the weekend if the match-up is close. Perhaps a way to thwart that is to institute some kind of length of time where you have to keep a guy on your roster, like a week or 10 days or whatever, before you can cut him.(Injuries/other roster issues exempted) This would cut down on the roster churn and make quality of a team's players more important than quantity. Just a thought.
Thank you for your feedback regarding player adds/drops. In public leagues, each team is only allowed 6 player adds per matchup week. In private leagues, commissioners can change this number and also institute an overall player acquisition limit for the entire season. We appreciate your feedback regarding this and we will pass it along to our team!

how about an update (last Wednesday is most current) on Ketel Marte, the #1 2b in MLB... yahoo is getting sloppy. with it's updates...

Make members of the league fill out a complete starting lineup
You have a starting lineup and it should be filled , not leaving an empty spot because you don't want to lose points in any particular position. If you don't have a complete starting roster then you should not get any points for that day.

Managers are not forced to fill out an entire lineup. They will not accumulate points for a spot left open in a lineup if it is not filled. We will pass along your feedback to our product team.

Adding FA
I added a FA Ryan Mountcastle and it showed in transactions but he does not show on my roster??
Check your league's weekly transaction deadline in the league settings. It sounds like your league likely uses Daily - Tomorrow transactions where he wouldn't show up until the following day on your roster. You can read more about this here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN6775.html

More of a question then an idea. How do i activate a pitcher that on il ?
I have a pitcher that is due off the IL (Ranger Suarez) Sunday and is due to pitch Sunday. How do i activate him? to pitch that day
In order to take a player off of your IL, you can click on the blue button to the left of their name that says "IL". Positions that you can move them to will then appear and you can click on the blue button of the position that you want to move them to. You'll need to have an open spot on your active roster in order to take a player off of your IL.

Do same as MLB
Not happy with the way you handle double headers. Rainouts result in double header next day and you ignore the second game. Not right to have to lose a whole game in a schedule.

Weather and other factors can change the status of a game in the MLB. Use this guide to see how that might affect your fantasy players.
Rainouts
If a player’s game is officially postponed (PPD), you can move that player to the bench and swap him out for another player on your roster even after the game's originally scheduled start time. Note that if any stats have been counted for the game (for any player) before the game is postponed, the roster position will remain locked and cannot be edited.
Players in games with a status of delayed will be locked. Only when the game is officially postponed will the player be unlocked.
Doubleheaders
If a player's team has a doubleheader, their roster position can't be changed after the team's first game starts. The player can earn stats from each game if they play in both.

Stop restricting managers ability to trade with an active player on IL
This was a terrible introduction last year. If a manager has someone on the IL but cant drop anyone to activate them, an alternative is to propose trades to create a roster spot. This is no longer possible. It makes no sense especially since there are multiple work-arounds: you can message managers your proposal and they can send you the trade. You can also message the commissioner and they can put a trade through manually. How does this improve our fantasy experience?
