Increase the number of allowable NA spots for Minor Leaguers (Dynasty)
Trying to run a "dynasty" league on yahoo is becoming increasingly difficult due to the restrictive amount of "minor league" spots (NA). As baseball prospects take long years to become valued assets, maximizing NA at 10 prospects leaves way too many desirable players on waivers for a deeper/standard dynasty league. With anything, all that is increasing is the allowable maximum to allow for these more in-depth dynasty leagues to exist.

Bring back the NOTES in My Team
Another very practical thing we used to have that is now gone. Used to be where the Legends and Glossaries box is now in My Team... Was very useful for jotting down stats and L/R matchups for players. Please bring it back.

Scummy UI to trick people into joining public leagues
I don't know why yahoo would want to trick people into accidentally joining leagues by placing links to join public leagues that users will easily click on by mistake.

As a fan of fantasy baseball that wants to see the game grow, this creates a bad experience for everyone. For people who want to play public leagues they will play in a dead league. For people who accidentally click into it, we have to see a team we don't care about and can't delete.

Roster Changes Combination of Daily Tomorrow AND Daily Today
ESPN lets you pick players up from free agency and play them the same day up until their game starts. And let's you drop players after their game starts and add someone else that will be on the roster the next day.
If I have Daily Today on Yahoo I can pick up guys on the same day and play them if their game hasn't started... but once a players game has started I can't pick up someone else for the next day... this kinda sucks since it requires you to make free agent additions in the morning or during…

Batter Handedness on the My Team Page
I want to see if my batter is a Right/Left/Switch right from the My Team Page. Right now I have to click on the Latest New Box to pull up his profile to find it. I want to see it on the page so when I click on Opponents I can see what the batter Handedness is and see what the opponent pitcher handedness is.

DON'T HAVE WEEK 1 LAST FOR 5 SECONDS
Believe it or not, simply getting rid of the min IP for week 1 isn't going to solve the problem. With MLB and all of its stupidity starting one game on a wed and then half the league on thu and fri, at least Yahoo used to count the entire next week as week 1 for matchup leagues. This year, for reasons known only to the brilliant minds at Yahoo, that is not the case. There are 1 million weeks of baseball, we don't need a 3 day week to count as one extra.

IL trouble
Why can I not add anyone to the IL? That option is not showing up/

The IL roster spot will not show on a team roster until an eligible player with an IL designation tag has been added to the IL roster spot.
If you are having any issues moving an eligible player to the IL, please contact us through the sports tab at help.yahoo.com.

Glitch
I never signed up for this public league Yahoo H2H-Pts 212336 and yahoo put me into today and it starting drafting literally 5 minutes later…I don’t want to be in this league, PLEASE delete my team - this looks like a glitch. puckmoneyz

The information displayed is poor
The information displayed on my team page is poor. It is worse than last year. The game times for players is shown in East coast time, it was previously shown in my local Alaska time. The start ratings aren't shown anymore, this was very helpful in determining who to start. Also, the icon that shows whether the player is starting and what batting order comes up late near or after game start. It is much easier to reference the yahoo app for these things than to shuffle between multiple apps.

Stop creating teams for me! How do I delete?
How can I remove myself from a league that I did not want to join?
I keep getting added to new leagues accidentally - it happened with a basketball team, and now Yahoo added me to a THIRD baseball league -- that gets in the way of the two leagues I want to actively play. And it ruins the legitimacy of your rankings and tier ratings of fantasy managers. My primary reason to STAY with Yahoo fantasy is becaus of that rich data and history of 20 years and multiple leagues.

I apologize that we can't be of more assistance, but do know that you're not obligated to visit the team pages for the entirety of the season. In the Yahoo Fantasy app, you can either hide your league from the home screen or customize league notifications using the steps below:
Hide your teams:
- Tap the Profile icon at the top left.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Customize menu.
- Tap Hide next to any league you want to remove from the home screen.
Customize notifications:
- Tap the Profile icon at the top left.
- Tap Settings.

Bring back the old message board
A few years back you changed the message board. I have not heard from a single person that they like the new board. Why did you find it necessary to mess with a good thing? Now to communicate with other members in our league we have to text each other. Please bring back the old message boards!

This is total BS product design. It should not be one click to add myself to league I don't want... just to juice your engagement and usage numbers. Total ******* design. Really pathetic number juicing. I will now give your app one star and get on with my day.

Auto Picks in Fantasy Drafts NEED to be shorter
This draft experience is completely unacceptable.
In a league with 200+ picks, your system becomes borderline unusable the moment multiple managers are inactive. Auto-draft rigidly burns the full timer every single pick, even when it’s obvious the user is gone. The result is a draft that drags past 3 hours for no legitimate reason.
This isn’t “fairness” — it’s a failure in basic design. There is no justification for forcing active users to sit through endless dead time because the system refuses to adapt to inactivity.
There are incredibly simple fixes:
Reduce the timer after consecutive auto-picks
Instantly pick if… -
Fix your ads
Your ads are extraordinarily annoying. I know you need to make money but they are enough to start using another site for all my leagues. Please just make them less annoying.

Stop making it so easy to accidentally sign up for public leagues
The way you all prey on your users to get them to sign up for public leagues is incredibly shady, and while your managers may like the sign ups going up, the team should really be embarrassed about operating this way. I know this won't change given it's been going on for multiple years now but it's pretty gross.

The draft now button is the worst thing you have ever done, thats now 3 straight sports I have at least 2 more teams than I want. At least but 1 or 2 more confirmations to make you draft. You are messing up my team level

If your league does not fill by the scheduled draft time, a manager-less team will be added to allow the draft to run as scheduled.
