Increase the number of allowable NA spots for Minor Leaguers (Dynasty)
Trying to run a "dynasty" league on yahoo is becoming increasingly difficult due to the restrictive amount of "minor league" spots (NA). As baseball prospects take long years to become valued assets, maximizing NA at 10 prospects leaves way too many desirable players on waivers for a deeper/standard dynasty league. With anything, all that is increasing is the allowable maximum to allow for these more in-depth dynasty leagues to exist.

stop allowing EVERY petty veto to go through
you have a Yahoo Review of trade protests, yet you VETO EVERYTHING. I've had several trades this year alone where I'm unsure which side of the deal is lopsided. Do you even LOOK? Do you use your lagging and months-behind rankings? Vetoing trades should be for the massively lopsided deals pointing to collusion. Account for current values, account for rookies having far too low value to begin year, allow people to make mistakes, and let the trades go through!

I am in a league where many people work full time jobs so they can't update lineups knowing some players are hurt or not starting that day... This gives them the ability to contact the commish before games start to be able to inform him/her to edit their lineup. Sometimes the commish is busy so won't see it right away but can go back and edit. Our league has agreed to this but you guys don't have the option like you do in fantasy football. I don't get…

Show Opposing Pitcher column in Split Stats view
It would be helpful to see the Opposing Pitcher column with the starting pitcher's handedness in the Split Stats view when viewing batters' Vs. Left and Vs. Right stats.

Make the player chats automatically go to most recent chats
When you go into a player chat, it doesn’t make sense to see outdated, popular chats. You want to see the most recent. If a player hits a homer I don’t want to go into chat and see last weeks message about him being ***

If you are using an iOS device for the Fantasy app, check that you are using the most recent version to see the "Newest" chats listed when opening the player chat.

Better supervision of leagues
Dropped Brian Reynolds at 4:30AM another player picked him up at 4:39AM. Why do I have to wait for waivers and some players do not?
Thank you for reaching out regarding having to wait to add players versus being able to add them immediately. If a player is added as a free agent and then dropped the same day, the player will become a free agent that can be added immediately and they will not go on waivers. If a player is added via waivers, they will go on waivers once dropped regardless and if a player is added as a free agent and then dropped a different day, they will go on waivers.

Sal Stewart has started at 3rd base and also has played 2nd base but those are not included in his Fantasy positions
Sal Stewarts positions need to include 3rd base and 2nd base
Thank you for reaching out regarding Sal Stewart's position eligibility. Batters need either 5 games started or 10 games played at a position to gain eligibility. Pitchers need 3 starts to gain SP eligibility and 5 relief appearances to gain RP eligibility.

Bring back the up vote/down vote system for player chat. Why in TF did they get replaced with a bunch of different react emojis? Leave that garbage for social media. It’s so lame. The chat used to be a tool that people would use as a community. Now every single player chat you click on you have to filter to new comments? Why? Again, leave the garbage for social media. Why am I seeing a “popular” comment form 6 weeks ago when I open player chat? Show me recent comments. Like why exactly do you think people use those chats…

Our fantasy team continually works to refine the app for the best customer experience. The team is working on updates for the player chat that will come through updates to the app.
If you are using iOS and update to 11.38.1, the chat should now default to the "Newest" comments.

Be able to draft player any time if they are not playing or for the next day. It is after midnight and I still can't change players. Need to adapt ESP RULES.

If you are in a league that uses a daily - today deadline, you won't be able to swap a player or drop them if they are in your starting lineup until they have unlocked for the next day. That will take place at 12 AM PT/3 AM ET.

Position eligible.
Just wondering how many times a player has to play a position in order to qualify (thought it was five). This is in regards to Sal Stewart (CIN) and 3B. Thanks!
Hey Wes,
Players changing positions can affect how you manage your team. Their positions are determined based on info from the MLB roster and past performance. Once the player has gained eligibility, they won't lose it even if they don't make additional appearances in the season.
Determine position eligibility
The number of games a player completes determines position eligibility.
- Position eligibility – 5 starts or 10 total appearances in a position.
- Pitcher eligibility – 3 starts to be a starter, or 5 relief appearances to qualify as a reliever.
Use the position eligibility countdown
The number under each position shows how many games remain until the player is eligible for that position. If an "E" appears in the column, they're already eligible to play.
- Under the "Players" tab, click Position Eligibility.
- Type the player's name into the available field.
- Click Search.

Allow for trades in order to free up a roster spot and subsequently activate a now-healthy player from IL.
As of now, when an injured player is activated in real life, the only way I can activate them from IL is via dropping a player.
Why can i not make a trade in order to free up said roster spot and then activate the player? For example making a 2 for 1 or a 3 for 2 accomplishes the same freed up roster spot.
It’s a simple fix where the app doesn’t let the trade get sent unless there is a +1 player being traded away.

Managers can propose and accept trades when a player is in an IL spot while they have an eligible IL designation tag. Once the player is healthy and no longer has an eligible IL tag, you won't be able to make a transaction to add or trade a player until the now healthy player has been removed from the IL spot.

Bring back "start active player" button
This is the number one reason my league had grown/exists. Over 50% of my players started or play because they were told the commitment was low just a draft and a once weekly log in to the yahoo app to press that button and they would play. That is no longer the case and my league will stop growing and leave to find a better more beginner friendly app.

i want to know who's idea this was... this person should be fired immediately. The new chat looks like if technology evolved backwards 15 years. the upvote and downvote functions got wiped out and replaced with stupid emojis for some reason... and why when I open a chat it opens to most popular comments instead of most recent? You recently changed the weather information on Fantasy Baseball that is MUCH worse than before. The former weather info included the Wind Direction and Wind Speed. That’s crucial information for baseball. The new weather is relatively useless. The recent change was NOT progress. TY
