  1. I cannot find the Commisioner Tools...

    I am trying to change an owner in one of my leagues I am commisioning as the other owner is "retiring." I am unable to find the commisioner tools though...is it possible that the tools aren't currently available? If this is true, if I were to make a recommendation, maybe not take off the commisioner tools? I can't see past my hand so there may be a good reason for doing so! Thanks for your time!!!
