Scoring - Position specific scoring categories
This scoring setting change would allow commissioners to change the scoring value for common scoring categories for each position individually (ex: forwards and defensemen). Currently you can only change the scoring value for all positions at once.

I have Igor shesterkin in fantasy hockey this year and he has scored a goal and gotten an assist in the last 2 game. I think it’s ridiculous y’all don’t offer these types of stats for goalies when the nhl counts them as stats. Please make this a thing because I lost a week because of it

there is no reason why goalies should not get points for goals/assists. If they score a goal or get an assist, it counts the same as goals/assists scored by forwards/defensemen. There is no difference. Igor Shesterkin provides immense value for the Rangers due to his ability to play the puck. He should be rewarded for that and earn points when he shows up on the scoresheet - just like any other player.

Simply, why is there no column for assists or goals for a goaltender?

Goalies should get points for goals and assists. They're rare so they should be rewarded accordingly. Get on it Yahoo!

Can you please add goalie GOALS / ASSISTS / POINTS as a scoring format option?! The rarity of events would make it an interesting twist to our fantasy league (goalie assist could turn the tide in a matchup?)

This should be allowed within the Yahoo Fantasy platform, just allow the commish to change the scoring setting for the different positions. Currently the same scoring system applies to both forwards and D

Hey Yahoo, it's time to elevate our game! ESPN has taken the lead with position-specific scoring, and it's high time we follow suit. Let's embrace this trend and integrate the feature into our platform. It's crucial that we offer the flexibility to customize scoring for each position in our leagues. Let's make this a reality!
