Goalie skater stats
Goalie skater stats to count. Goals, assists, penalties.
For example: if a goalie gets a ten minute misconduct then those pims count towards the pims skater category,

Goalies earn stats in the categories listed in the "Goaltenders" section of your roster. Real-life goals, assists, penalty minutes, etc., earned by goalies won't be added to your Fantasy stats or standings.

Previous night's point totals
You can no longer see your team's previous night's point totals on the app? Why has this feature been taken away? Please fix.
Thank you for reaching out regarding not seeing your totals from the previous night. Our engineering team has resolved this issue in the newest app version (12.10.1). Make sure to update the Yahoo Fantasy app in the app store to this version.

Fix the daily stat summaries at the top of the team page on the app
The daily stats for your team continue to not be summarized/totaled correctly on the mobile app in the section above your rostered players. So far this season it has alternated between not being summarized at all (which is the current state) and not being summarized correctly. The totals also need to be accurate and unique for each day - there was a period last week where it was totaling things yet applying those totals to each day if you toggled back and forth instead of keeping the unique totals/summaries from each day. Please fix this ASAP.

Royale Rumble Weeks
You should offer "royale rumble" weeks in fantasy where the commisioner can pick any select weeks and teams play against everyone else. and the top half teams in points get a win, and the bottom half teams get a loss. this would work in h2h points leagues. its great for when leagues have an uneven number of games vs some teams over others.

Summarize/total up the daily stats at the top of the players on the app roster page
The daily stats are not being summarized/totaled up in the app currently at the top of the list of rostered players like they usually are. Please fix that.

Usability issues in Yahoo Fantasy Hockey

Team Tab: when i boot on to the team tab, in a categories league, I see one category. I need to swipe to them see the other categories, but then I lose other category context? Let me see this in one view

Scoring layout change.
Last season before yahoo did the “big update” the scoring features such as G, A, +/-, etc. were displayed in bar columns. This made it possible for visually impaired people such as myself to see the stats that each player had. Now it is a small list: A, +/-, etc. under the player showing what stats they have for the game they’re playing in. This is so much less satisfying and more boring than it was before. Instead of a W-L-T scoring option. Id like it to be a W-L-OTL.
If you lose your matchup but were in the top-half in highest scoring in your league that week you are given an OTL instead of a L. 12-team league: top 6 highest scoring teams eligible.

Unfair
Ya you think its fair to put a team that has 10 -15 games more than the other opponent a fair thing?? i have had multiple opponents that have 10-15 more games to play and its not fair?? when i'm against anyone else its never that I have been the dominent one?? this is a joke and unfair??

Adding Totals Against in Team Stats
It would be cool if there was an additional tab under the "Team Stats" section to see a running total of statistics AGAINST you for the season. It would be nice to compare where I'm at against my league mates when it feels like every team is doing abnormally well against me weekly. For fantasy football you can see "Points Against" and see that maybe you're just getting unluck and facing the top scorers every week. Thank you for your consideration!

Get rid of POS rank, or at least let us toggle back to overall rank
POS rank is awful. The 50th best defencemen is not equivalent to the 50th best centre, this change is horrible and makes your product worse. Please let me see overall rank again

When looking at the 2025-26 Season Stats of all the players on my team, it would be great if it also showed the GP for each player.

Add: Games Played
Games Played is valuable when comparing players to each other. Could this be added anywhere?
Thank you for reaching out regarding wanting to see games played for players. If you access your league via web, you can click on the notes icon next to any player. Their games played will appear along the top of their player card. Games played will also show under the "Season Stats" tab within the player card under the "F/D Games" or "Goalie Games" column.

Improve Hockey Standard Deviations
Standard deviations are super helpful, however I suspect that there's some type of error in their calculations. For example, compare Sidney Crosby hits: 14, SD: 0.18 vs Leo Carlsson, total hits: 1, SD: 0.94. Wondering if you could look into this more and fix it. I believe I saw similar issues with SDs for +/- last year too.
Thank you for your feedback regarding standard deviations. The standard deviations will not be negative if they are below average. The standard deviation shows how far the number is away from the average in that stat category. In the example that you provided, Sidney Crosby's standard deviation for hits is 0.18. Leo Carlsson's is 0.94. That is just how far they are away from the league average. Carlsson is far from average and Crosby is close to average. Even though Carlsson is well below average in total hits, the standard deviation won't be a negative value.

Fix the SHO for the goalies in fantasy hockey.
The goalies get points for their saves but it always says that they have taken no shots. Please fix this to make fantasy hockey for fair.

yahoo came up with NEW: High Score Fantasy Basketball head to head format. I suggest extending this same type of format to fantasy hockey.
