  3. You basically f--ked up my trip because everytime I wanted to get my email you wanted to send it by phone. what about the secret questions.

    If we don't have our phones or can't use them or lost them or what ever. You have us answering secret questions but yet never use them to access our emails. You really screwed up my holiday because I could not get into Yahoo. I missed a flight and had to pay extra. I had everything in Yahoo. You really ****** me off. I'm ready to go to Google.

  4. 7 plus is ****. Who ever you got to do the ads should be fired... They don't work properly on any browser whether TV, PC or Apple.

    Ads don't work properly on PC or Apple platforms. Can't even get it right on Internet TVs. They freeze up or don't load properly. Really **** user experience. Lock up shows you are trying to watch.
