I have a story for you about a telco provider not providing a working home phone connection for over 16 weeks. I have all the "chat" transcripts and un-kept promises. They now think they can wave me off due to the CSG waiver that telcos are using to leave the consumer with little rights. This is my first contact with the media and I have NOT posted on social media. I am just concerned that many others are going to fall into the CSG waiver trap... and this is a fantastic example of what can happen.

excellent coverage of the afl in perth this weekend, all 3 games are free to air matching channel nines coverage of the rugby in WA, do you want us all to go to foxtel? the only time I go on 7 is for the AFL and again you are treating viewers poorly, hopeless!

It is completely inappropriate to feature such a confronting graphic as first pictureonHomepage as no one can opt to not see it. It would be appreciated if it were removed immediately as it is quite sickening for people to be forced to view.

Don't put graphic images of self harm on your front page!!!!!
The first story I saw on the yahoo front page was about the whale suicide game. To my shock and anger it included a graphic image of self harm! Now, I know Yahoo isn't big on research but if the person responsible did theirs, the image would not be visible unless readers clicked on a 'click to reveal: warning: this image is graphic' button. Images of self harm encourage those with depression to self harm, so if you MUST post graphic images like this, do so in a 'click to reveal' situation within the article itself.
