How can we contact Yahoo when we need help eg spam, web beacons etc?
Have a contact us for HELP when spammed and to unsubscribe to Web beacons especially when they are being received on our Bigpond mail. Very disappointed in Yahoo. No wonder I hardly go into it anymore. Yahoo didn't want to know me! Still being spammed even though I changed my password.

Just drop the weather segment if you cannot fix it
If you cannot fix the weather and the so called "stay signed in"just drop it. Have been trying to stabalise weather on home page on my DESKTOP which doesn't move for 3 years-works for a day or two then I've moved states without even knowing it!!!!!

became really rubbish. too slow to load, canot change nickname, add or remove a photo. best close down and forget about trying to compete with anyone - e.g. gmail outlook and 3rd party apps all work fine with me.

drop into google, its clean, and pick where to go,
i am 55, used yahoo, and Netscape in old days.. windows 3.1, 95..
But Google creams u, pick what u want and go there..
Also a data burner, people use Firefox or Chrome, because they dont burn data..
Yahoo7 home page is full of adds..
Text email, its a easy fix..

Spam messages FROM me
My friends have been getting SPAM messages under my name for some time. The latest is an add for weight loss to one of my female friends. How embarrassing. She is upset, as am I. I have deleted the complete address book already. Keeps happening. HELP!

Up date it regular, like everyday and remove old stories from front page unclutter the page and stop posting 3-4 day old stories as highligh
worst ever home page and most annoying to try and reply or forward with the way you have it set out. quite frankly i am on the verge of deleting my account and going to another carrier as this site and email frankly are rubbish

compose doesnt work
Make sure all of your basic features work before release as Ive just found Compose doesnt work, reply doesnt work either so I cannot generate emails with Yahoo. I'll use Google mail while you have a think about it.

tables exist for a reason - if putting up data like the Suburb rating for Crime, its AMAZING how much more understandable things are with decent alignment let alone titles for columns

the new format of Yahoo mail is unacceptable, it's impossible to read messages. Please change back to the old format.
It's ridiculous not being able to see the whole Inbox page at a glance, and to have to read the emails just 3 lines at a time is infuriating. I need the old format back or Yahoo mail is no use to me at all. It's not surprising that i'm not the only one who sees this as a problem. I can't imagine anyone thought this was a good idea.

Passwords are my own responsibility. I should be able to use any old password I want
My password is my business, what rite do you have to prevent me from using a password that is "too similar" to a previous password. I want to change mine but your system prevents me from using the one I want for exactly that reason. If this sort of dictatorship over my usage is going to be permanent then I will no longer use Yahoo.
