  2. mail not working AGAIN just flickers from page to page and does NOTHING!!!!!

    my sign in page goes from account then to password, said password incorrect, when I attempt to change it that page flickers back to the home page and locks up

    Plus 7 needs new technicians.
    Crashes on ads.
    The same advert repeats 3 times on each break !
    Do Australia a favour and sell Plus 7 to the Chinese so it works.

  11. Why do we now have to login name then password on 2 separate pages?

    Everytime Yahoo changes something it always seems to be for the worse!
    Why have you changed the login so that now users have to enter their name on one page then click to go to another page to enter password??
    Every other website in the world uses the simple one-page approach.
    Either sack the idiot that thought this up or sack the managers who seem to be encouraging changes for no good reason!!

    Dear Administrator go back to when I could send email using my yahoo address. Suddenly I can't. It has to do with DMARC. How do I fix this? Tell me simply and slowly.

    You might as well remove all feedback options. They are patronizing. You obviously take no notice of them, and we get that. So, they are yet another negative for Yahoo. Just get rid of the quietly. It will make no differance.

  17. Provide a simple "CONTACT US" button/form for suspended accounts

    My (New) account was suspended after 4 logins (all by me) and sending 5 emails, only one of which had a cc and that was one person.

    My account was suspended for 48 hours over 96 hours ago.

    I have searched through answers for a contact to get this resolved and all I get are help articles that (barely) relate to my problem.
