You just moved me from Yahoo to Aabaco Small Business Email and lost all my notes.
I need to be rescued and I cannot contact a human. Everything goes round and round in circles with auto help on line. Sometimes that doesn't do it, it just makes me frustrated. I need to get my Notes back after you trashed them in the transfer to Aabaco Small Business. It was there before and now its gone. You have in Yahoo but not in Aabaco. I rarely even look at the homepage, the winner of "Dancing with the stars", etc.. is not news, it's advertising!
Yahoo7 mail is poorly set out and difficult to work with, I think I might get a new mail provider, make it simpler like Outlook is!! I mean the term "Compose"?? I'm not writing a musical interlude or sonnet, just writing an email...

Please allow me to be in control of my mail in the spam box. It is very annoying to have to move mail from Spam top Inbox to explore the shortcuts sent in the mail that ens up in the Spam box.

what happend to the latest episode of 'strip N' rip' on plus 7 chatch up, its not been posted from Tuesdsay the 1st Dec
it normally is always updated that night on a tuesday its now Thursday and still nothing. Strip N' rip is a great show thats on way to late it would be much better if you switch ice road truckers with Strip N' rip. or at least update the catch up tv so we can watch it.

Why do the video adverts run perfectly while the news items we wait for take forever to load and play?
We get that you need the adverts, but get the system working so the news videos run as well as the ads do - it is infuriating to see the ad run perfectly, then have a veeeerrrry slow buffering news story - impossible to watch!

Local news should be state-related. South Australia is NOT in WA.
SA has always been a separate state from WA but apparently your news desk is unaware of that fact. For the past week South Australian subscribers have been directed to the front page of the West Australian for our 'local news'... I can't imagine Eastern States readers would be happy to be directed to the West Australian for their local news either, and vice versa. Please fix this rookie error.
