help! do you have livechat? I am having serious problems accessing my yahoo account.
Can normally access emails at computer library. Had trouble signing in. Had to change password but still had trouble. Eventually worked. Unfortunately will not allow me to access yahoo mail on my smartphone at home. What can I do. I only have 1 email account and 1 phone. It asks me for an alternative. How do I resolve this? Helene C

My SENT emails have recently started to disappear.
I want my SENT emails restored.
I want your assistance to stop my SENT emails from disappearing.I have been using Yahoo mail for decades. I have been using it in the same way, on the same devices, and have not changed any settings, and the SENT emails have only recently started disappearing.

Emails not deleting
There is something wrong with my Yahoo mail account and the Help function won't let me contact anyone (just keeps asking for my details and making me use CAPCHA) so I'm using this.
I cannot delete/archive/move any emails, nor do they show as being read.
Further only the first 20 or so emails are showing in my inbox, or any other boxes, before the rest are greyed out and unavailable to read.
Hopefully someone at Yahoo will see this and pass it onto someone who can do something. Also hopefully the Help centre gets fixed.

I missed 2 emails from my friend. They are not coming through. I cant understand why. Before I had 5000 emails in my inbox and I deleted them all thinking maybe my mailbox has crashed. So now I should be receiving my emails from my friend but I am not. What is wrong? Please help.

Hi writing and sending mail has been extremely slow last few days. Windows 7 dinosaur But every other site I visit is fine.
