Just get rid of those adverts they are not wanted and they are slowing my email down - I want to login - do my email - and get out - fat chance - you have just ruined what was a perfectly good email service - I am off to use gmail although I hate that too !!!!!

Hmm.. is this site easy to use for trying to contact yahoo Can't use the contact form - the yahoo site takes me in loops in the help section
the employees need to think a little when developing the help section for users. I get sent in loops when trying to select the contact form- I get sent back to the help section. Then there's the inability to ask a question without registering. My I question or issue is about the registration details with yahoo. The form keeps telling my phone number is not valid and so I can't progress further.

My account: lavashecouture@yahoo.com.au was hacked last week and spam mails were sent to my contacts. The hackers deleted all my contacts.
My email account, lavashecouture@yahoo.com.au was viciously hacked last week and spam mails were sent to my contacts and then all contacts are deleted. Ive changed passwords three times since then but now I cant access the account at all. I want to close the account so that my contact and information cannot be used. I thought Yahoo was good at protecting our privacy from hackers. Thank you
