The advert that is usually on the right side is flipping over my email page and freezing my cursor. I can't read or write emails properly

What's an American flag doing on top of page
Why can't I change the flag on my news page, I live in Australia! I now cannot get my local weather as it's not recognizing my suburb but I'm sure Yahoo already know this. You have this feedback page and your probably sitting back laughing at everyone being frustrated with your 'new look' page which is absolute **** including my email account which has a different &*%$@)^ ad each day on top of each page. Please act now and do something about your ********* site. Surely at least one of you guys went to school and can read the feedback you continue to get regarding the site's current form factor and content. An Australian site for Australians please.
