  3. It's terribly hard conducting business via email when I routinely can't access my mail. Message reads unavailable right now try again later

    I am tired of not being able to access my email. Almost impossible to conduct business with this lousy email service. No, it's not my computer or my internet connection. This happens anywhere and on any device.

  5. they will never get ride of the spam ads that is how they make money.

    internet should be free if we have to put up with false advertising. if you know how to contact them directly post it here then we can flood them with emails and calls till they fix this

  12. Can't delete the email ad and you're not answering your support line phones?

    Get these unremovable email ads off my computer now! You actually paid somebody to come up with such an annoying marketing scheme? Your supposed Opt Out list doesn't include Trivago in case you didn't check to see what ads you're running for them in my mail without my permission. Over the top, aggressive marketing.

  16. Why do I need a mobile device?

    Why do need a mobile device to access my account. I have had a yahoo account for close to 10 years and I do not have a mobile device. Are you trying to say because I can't afford a cell phone I am no longer allowed to access my yahoo account? Or that you no longer want me around?

    I go to my yahoo mail, and there are a bunch of ad - from the same companies that send me spam, and I can't get rid of these freaking ads.

    How is it that the same company that spams me - (and Yahoo does nothing about) suddenly is a "Sponsored" advertiser.

    Yahoo - your spam policy is a joke - you've been screwing your users since day one.
