  1. Yahoo ought to have free VPN for Yahoo users

    ave VPNs installed for all Yahoo users esp emails like many email providers do such as Protonmail. Hacking into Yahoo mail is most serious. We have been using Yahoo for 2 decades since day one and find Yahoo ought to step up security protections to the users given hacking tech is so advanced nowadays.

  2. Special password for Outlook

    I have been a Yahoo user for more than 20 years. You cost me hours of effort to try to resolve the reason my desktop Outlook stopped working. I am not alone! Perhaps time to leave?

  3. Hello, Please allow me to return to "Yahoo.ca." Or, explain how i can access it. .

    Microsoft replaced my yahoo.ca with Yahoo.com. Much is stored there, eg. names of friends, addresses, contacts ANSWERS etc
    .
    Please return/include the yahoo.ca website so that I may store and continue to use in the Spirit of collaboration and friendly co-operation.

    Find a way to provide email to account holders and a way to confirm the email is actually from yahoo and not a phishing scam.

    In the very first paragraph the term "coronavirus flu" is used. How terribly irresponsible of you with all the Covidiots out there that keep comparing this virus to the flu and, consequently, refuse to take proper safety measures to keep us all safe. This is just lazy reporting with no accountability and is the exact reason that people are fed up with the media. And, with huge consequences to all. Shame on you!!!!!!

  10. Please clarify receipt of suspicious e-mails that claim to be from Yahoo.

    Recently I have received several e-mails claiming to be from Yahoo, however, they appeared in my spam mail, which I found suspicious and deleted them. Now I have one in my regular mail supposedly from ATT on behalf of Yahoo which says I have requested termination of my e-mail account, which I have not. I am not prepared to respond to this e-mail because I think it is possibly a scam from someone trying to access my information.

    You have become the absolute worst peddler ( behind cnn) of biased, slanted and downright incorrect “news” articles. It is astounding to see the scrappings you are picking off the bottom of the barrel to present as news. It isn’t subtle at all. It’s embarrassing to even read merely the headlines of some of your stories, and that’s what they are, stories you create and build up around an event. It doesn’t matter if they are untrue or slanted in such a way as to make a reader ( most of whom you must think are stupid) believe or think…

    I am thinking of switching over to hotmail, or gmail or ANYTHING else because of your stupid add free little wait time plug in my inbox. I have been a faithful yahoo mail user for over 20 years. But I'm about to pull the plug.

  15. Additions to fantasy platform

    Users used to be able to post gifs, links, YouTube clips, and images to the message board of the fantasy site. It was much more social and enjoyable to play with that function so you could interact with friends and family. Currently espn removed this function so you would be offering something your biggest competitor doesn't by letting users share more content, which would increase traffic and overall profits.

    Please add the ability to share content to increase the overall value of the fantasy platforms.

  16. Please allow users to delete profile picture

    Currently, I added a profile picture by accident. I do not want to change it, I would like to permanently remove it and replace it with nothing, or have it go back to the default. Previously when I opened my yahoo account, by default it was a symbol of the letter S (my first initial) with lightbulbs in it like a sign.
