Your new sign in screen is now split and can't tell you're on the next page as ads and background don't change
When entering email account you now have to wait for it to bring you to the next screen to enter the password, but because the ads and background don't change its difficult to tell you are now on the password page.Either leave the 2 fields together like before or change your background or something so you know you've now moved to the second screen

Your Site Does Not Work Well
This is going under "Other", since there are so many things wrong with Yahoo. The games freeze in the middle of them, the comments section is all but gone-you have to type in Dear Abby to see your comments or make any, you have to go to Yahoo Canada to find the Feedback section. Every time Yahoo changes, it just gets worse. Why don't you do yourselves and everyone else a favor and either change it back or sell it to someone who can actually get it right.

Stop Yahoo news feed
I don't want to see your news feed at all - not any of it. It's negative, and contains ugly issues and violence. I want it cancelled from my account. I want to be able to go into my Rogers e-mail and sign out without being subjected to the underbelly stories you post. I'll switch e-mail accounts if I can't get rid of it.

the new yahoo mail web interface is awful. I am switching to gmail. very dissapointed.
I suggest that the person or team who developed the new yahoo web mail interface be terminated immediately. won't be using yahoo again until they learn how to provide a customer friendly web design.

You can improve your English grammar. In your story about painting over potholes, you write that the council left the residents ''confuse".
I notice that quite often there are elementary mistakes in English. You may want to have someone read over the story lines carefully. Not only was the mistake made in the title, it is repeated in the first sentence of the story.

Some is using my email address and they have all my contacts, I want this stopped immediately.
How do I stop or report that someone is using my email address and sending messages to my contacts and has all my contacts even though my email address is blocked on facebook? Explain this, why is this happening, how can I stop them and there should be a fine for this as it is invasion of privacy, identity fraud and theft. Look into this immediately please and tell who this person is so I can take immediate action against them. Thank you, Linda Barwick

It is impossible to contact you for help. Your help pages take me in circles. You obviously don't need me as a customer.
If you want retention you should make help available. My account has been hacked. My password and alternate email changed. I cannot get help from you. This leaves me no choice but to leave yahoo. I will not open another account with you as you do not offer support.

Personalizing the Homepage
You used to able to add favorite sites on the homepage which was awesome. Now were being force fed a bunch of *!! I don't care about celebrities and what they're doing at all! I do Yahoo Fantasy sports and you have to go through 3 pages to get to it which is a pain *******!! I liked being able to add my own links to access it quickly

Allow us to provide input into the search engine like adding names of people we dont wish to see.
Allow people to exclude news stories. Allow them to type in words, phrases or names that they do not wish to see. For example, if I personalized my page to include the name Miley Cyrus, then any news article with her name on it would not appear in my news reel.
