  4. It has been the same home page news for the last 4 days and have no news pass your first 5 top news, I used to be able to flip to yahoo u.s

    Home page top news have been the same for the last four days, the arrow to see more is empty and does not work. Also I used to be able to flip to yahoo us news and now it is gone. What is the matter four days news update is really out of date. Get with it and have accessible options.

    Selecting the country flag from the top right corner does not change the country or articles, just refreshes the page. Trying to go from .ca to .com.

  8. BUG: When trying

    BUG: Clicking on "Set language, site, time zone" on the Account Info page will redirect to "https://settings.yahoo.com/locations#languages" which allows you to change location and language but not your time zone. Time zone is "greyed out" in the top left corner of the page. Mine is currently set to Pacific and I can't change it back to EST

  10. I need to be able to contact cutomer support more easily when there's a problem.

    I would like it to be easier to get into a live chat if there's a serious problem with one of the services like Flickr failing to upload my pictures correctly.

  13. Hello, For your NHL sports page, if the bottom 2 playoffs team can be from either division, y not only show 1 grid with the remaining teams?

    I would like all the teams on 1 grid so I can see who has a chance to make the playoffs. If it is only from 1 division, then that's fine, but if the last 2 teams to make the final 8 roster can come from either side, then they should all be mixed together. I'm probably wrong and it has to be from the same division. Also, please keep the top 3 times in the wild card grid so we can see the difference in points between the 4 th place team and the top 3 teams. Just put…

  17. I would appreciate it if Yahoo would stop running gross and disgusting images in the news banners on my Yahoo homepage.

    I find the disgusting images you carry on your news headlines on my Yahoo homepage very offensive. I object to snakes, gross things in food and other such trash simply for the sake of sensationalism. Let's exercise some common decency in our journalism.

    Yahoo mail was perfectly fine. Leave your new and approved version for apps. I will be closing my account if I do not at least have the option to keep it simple. No one knows whether we receive or send our responses et. el.
