  5. Hacked again!!!!!

    I have been hacked 3 times now in less than a year. I create strong passwords. Why does this keep happening? Not happy with Yahoo at all. I think you should be doing more about this and protecting your users from this ****. May have to go with another email provider if this keeps happening.

    you guys went from a nicely organized page where everything was divided into sections, to a mess, everything is jumbled together......This is why you guys are losing money like crazy, stupid idea's, poorly thought out...I'm pretty sure I'll be unbookmarking this page and setting up a direct link to my email address...so theres some potential add revenue down the drain. By the looks of it I'm not the only one that will be doing this

    Can you please tell me how I can connect with my email account. When I enter my password it offers to send a verification message to an old email address, but that address is no longer functional. No other options are offered, and I cannot find a number that I can contact Yahoo by voice.

  17. Email not working

    I've been receiving emails from a yahoo.com address. When I reply, I receive a delivery failure notice telling me that person has no account on Yahoo.com. I think fixing such a basic glitch as people being able to send emails without issue would be a huge improvement.
