    Too many users have told Yahoo that the new yahoo finance screen sucks.
    Why do you keep shoving it down my throat once in a while??
    I will use the old version only. If Yahoo keep pushing the new version I shall move to Google user friendly financial.

  2. You can improve your elementary English.

    In one clip about the 25 photos you write, quote; "that you were never 'suppose' to see. That's really bad and elementary. The word is in the past tense, therefore "supposed". Somebody should have caught that or better yet the writer needs to go back to grade 4 for a refresher course.

    Maybe 1 in 50 "news" items is of interest to me. If your site would let me dismiss them, maybe it could learn not to show me that ****. I'm just offended when I see t his garbage that normally I would be ignoring in my life, but I step over these ...turds on the way to my email. Thanks.

  8. I used to enjoy the videos that you put in my empty spam folder but now there is no way to turn the volume on.

    Please put the little volume control back in the videos so that I can turn it up. It is not my computer's fault because the videos work fine that I get form cvc news and other parts of Yahoo. Thanks

    You recently forced me to change my password. I tried 4 passwords that I thought I would remember and after you rejected them all I finally decided on a 5th. I have it written down on a piece of paper in my home so I wouldn't forget it. I am now at work and need to access my yahoo account but can not remember my password.   12. Why is it literally IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve my account information?

    Sure, it is my responsibility to update my alternate phone number and email. But life happens, and it's not updated. So instead of having a support team to help the 1000's of individuals in this SAME situation, you have NO option to support your customers. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I have missed out on an opportunity for an education training program offered by my employer, one that could help ensure I keep my job, and I don't have access to FOUR flights that I purchased because they were emailed to this account and I can't get in.   13. Open a "CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP LINE FOR EMAIL RECOVERY"

    I have been without my main email for almost 10 days and cannot get help from "Help Central" as it is as clear as mud for a 73 year old senior citizen........I need help over 15 years of personal information, ebills and so much more that I can't access...contacts etc.
