  1. Why is it literally IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve my account information?

    Sure, it is my responsibility to update my alternate phone number and email. But life happens, and it's not updated. So instead of having a support team to help the 1000's of individuals in this SAME situation, you have NO option to support your customers. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I have missed out on an opportunity for an education training program offered by my employer, one that could help ensure I keep my job, and I don't have access to FOUR flights that I purchased because they were emailed to this account and I can't get in.   2. Open a "CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP LINE FOR EMAIL RECOVERY"

    I have been without my main email for almost 10 days and cannot get help from "Help Central" as it is as clear as mud for a 73 year old senior citizen........I need help over 15 years of personal information, ebills and so much more that I can't access...contacts etc.

    Nothing but T**s, Mini's, Bra/dress slips of females are your headlines....nothing about Trudy 2-shoes, but Trump?....slam, slam, slam, thank you mam. Yahoo executives, reporters...your left arms must be dragging on the ground, because there are no muscles, facts, documents to back your "lop-sided" biased Lib-rat agenda...maybe if you stood up straight, you reactionary paid off wimps, you would actually report factual and documented sources, But for now, every time, I sign on as Yahoo as my Homepage, I'll get the next headline of female failures...(wish I could change my email)...

    Yahoo mail has turned into a dumpster fire. It's now so slow it's frustrating, won't attach pics easily, changes boxes randomly (i.i sent to inbox), keeps giving me a "no internet connection" message and I'm sick and tired of having to verify my password or give yahoo a cellphone number six times a week. You're NOT GETTING MY CELLPHONE NUMBER. Get that straight. I've been a yahoo mail user for over ten years and every "improvement" has made it worse. I'm done and I'll tell most of your advertisers why.

    I don't want to give the idea away because it is valuable. It could put Yahoo ahead of Google. I can probably find another search engine or create my own, but upgrading Yahoo is logical. Let me know. :)
