  1. The new messenger on Yahoo mail sucks big time!!! No way to tell who is online or off, or idle, and a lot more.....

    Can you fix it?? other than what I said above, I can't seem to do anything to my mail when the message box is open. There is no new message alert.... it really sucks! why don't you do proper UAT before launching..... why released such a bad tool.....

  2. Make it more user friendly.

    I don't come into Yahoo very often. All I want to do is update account info and unsubscribe from a group I'm in. Do you think I can find any of that, patience lost. Help tells me to go to groups main page, where the **** is it??????

  3. getting access to historical account info

    i work for a company that had, a very long time ago, created a flickr account. I have tried to retrieve my account information using any of our email aliases and your system does not recognize any. My company used to be very small, with a small team of people who are no longer with the organization and this for quite some time. I do not want to create a yahoo id simply to post something on a board to know what my options are. I would appreciate if someone could contact me via email to let me know how…

  6. Please make it impossible for Firefox to restore my home page.

    I always uncheck the "keep me signed in" box when I sign in to yahoo and yet for the last 2 weeks Firefox offers to "restore" my settings AND IT CAN!!!! I want to have to use my password to have access to my homepage.

  12. Stop with the big TV show spoilers in headlines! Especially Game of Thrones!

    I just got season 5 of Game of Thrones that came out recently on DVD and you spoiled a major thing with a HBO comment in a headline. This is not the first time Yahoo spoils something on the main page, but this was the worst. Another one was with the article about GoT characters we'd miss, including a photo of a major character I didn't know was dead. And you couldn't avoid it.

    In fact, I don't care if the season is current or from a few years ago, avoid spoilers with the headlines, please! Not everyone watches TV…
