    Dear you already improve so much that if you improve more you be out of business. Shame on you and your management what you doing to your customers.   7. I need help in accessing my account. Your help section want s to reply to hjrollo@295.cw which I haven't used in decades

    I am now being asked to confirm my address and password EVERY TIME I SIGN IN!
    When I tried your help section and asked for an e-mail response the only option offered was hjrollo@295.ca an e-mail address that expired decades ago. Please delete it from your records.
    For a company in the communication business you seem extremely reluctant to provide easy two way communication.
