  2. this is more a complaint. If you wish to better your site then stop with the ads that slow down and freeze my computer

    you should assist anyone who has the same problem I have complained to you about so many times I can not count. stop the ads from freezing and slowing down computers. That is if you really want to give us a better experience

  6. Get rid of the "Change Your Password" and "Add Your Phone Number" screens on login.

    Get rid of the "Change Your Password" and "Add Your Phone Number" screens every time I log in. I have no desire to change my password every damned time I login and I also have no desire to give you my telephone information just so you can mine personal info.

    Stop being intrusive douchebags to your users and maybe you wouldn't get so many complaints.

    glad you got rid of those horrid pages for viewing videos, now we have to watch up to 30 seconds of **** before we see the video, which I refuse to watch and just backspace.
    go back to the original format where watching the videos was worth it!!!!

  10. Please Give Us E-Mail Or Live Chat Options For All Issues?

    I've found it annoying to have to fake the wrong issue just to be able to send an E-Mail or submit a bug report to get help when there's an issue and the only "solutions" offered are useless "helpful" suggestions that it's at my end.I'd love to see an option to just be able to send an E-Mail or go to a live chat when there's an issue and the troubleshooting tips don't help.

  12. Coors light and Via commercial ENTIRELY TOO LOUD

    The Coors light and VIA Rail commercials ENTIRELY TOO LOUD. The adds for these two specific commercials are 200% louder than what my speakers are set at. They also play automatically on the LOUDEST setting. This does not make consumers want to watch or buy from them, this makes us want to shut it off. In fact, it makes us not want to watch at all and shut down the page entirely.

  13. Please stop sending me sponsored adds. I use MS Outlook to view and file my yahoo emails, and those sponsored adds are blocked by that.

    Stop sending those sponsored adds. My MS Outlook program blocks them, but only after lengthy delivery attempts, which stop me from going on. Then I have to log on to Yahoo on line and have to delete ALL my saved emails, otherwise you sponsored emails keep jamming up my Outlook. Get rid of them or soon I will get rid of you.

  16. Singles Ads? They Are Offensive!

    With the Ashley-Madisongate in the news is it really appropriate that Yahoo should clutter my email account with "Singles" ads that promote available women? How presumptuous!

    I realize that the advertising is based on me as an account holder being male, but how do you know whether or not I am happily married? Or gay?

    I tried the opt out settings to no avail so I have adjusted my settings to block ALL ads. Too bad because that blocks legitimate product advertisements which may have been of interest to me.

    The ad for "Arrest Records" now available is ripe for abuse. "Ashley Madison" is an example. Despite the "disclaimer", "I will not use this to harass or embarrass" that is exactly what will happen. Some people may have made a mistake years ago, or been charged then have the charges dropped.
