    Imagine Yahoo (with the tacit understanding that .com meant U.S.) with only a bare minimum of American content.

    You can't?

    Then why the **** should Yahoo.ca (.ca being the suffix for Canada) be littered with everthing BUT Canadian content?

    Why the pretense Yahoo?

    yahoo sucks!! it has disabled my ability to select home page on IE 11. I must have clicked the wrong button while updating Java. To whoever did this: your female parental unit felates hybrid equines in hades.

  9. Please quit listing stories from newspapers that are really opinions. This is especially notable from the Toronto Sun. And the Post.

    Too often these articles come in as news and are almost exclusively opinion pieces. Then the comment section is cut down very quickly. This sis a gross misrepresentation of the news. The Toronto Sun is particularly obvious in its ideology. Spare us the ****. Why does Yahoo tend to filter out articles critical of rightist behaviour and failures?

  10. Stephen Harper signed a deal with Chinese oil company, letting them buy up canada,WTF!!

    Stephen Harper cut a deal with the Chinese, basically giving them the farm, and anyone or province that gets in their way will suffer legal action in a court outside Canada. Deal allows them to build Northern Gate way pipe line themselves if they want. Bill C-51 will have anyone who protest this can be beaten down and arrested. WTF. Stephen. Why is this not headline news people,Zionist Banksters controlling Media perhaps?

  11. Please, please, please remove the check mark from the 'KEEP ME SIGNED IN' box. Those who want to stay signed in only have to check it once

    The rest of us who have multi-user on one computer have to check it off every time. A real royal pain in the posterior.

  12. Yahoo shows ads, because the service is free. If you don't want the ads, pay for the service.

    IF you do not want ads, then contact Yahoo and pay for the premium service. It costs millions of dollars to keep these servers running and someone has to pay for that.

    If you STILL have ads, AND you pay for the premium service, then you have something to complain about.

  13. on financial page there is a very annoying ad of a woman doing an endless exercise - so distracting and annoying. please stop this!

    as above the ad with the woman constantly moving on my financial page is annoying to the point that I am ready to move to another type of homepage (with the financial link). Please add a X so we can close this sort of ad.

  16. the Answers.com ad linked to on Yahoo are slow and constantly freeze with ads.

    Get rid of the Answers.com links and articles they are just slow pages loaded with ads that you can't read because they freeze.

  17. too bad! Ive stopped watching yahoo news because every clip of newsworthy video is accompanied by an annoying add from ford motor co.

    get rid of those annoying ads, the same stupid ad over and over. I've stopped watching yahoo because of it.

  19. And another thing ... what's with the bleeping ads at the top of my inbox?

    What is happening to Yahoo? Are you that desperate for ad $ that you'll stoop to putting undeletable ads in the top of my inbox? I've voiced my opinion about the unsolicited singles and lubes ads in my mail box area, but this is crazy. You can only pick 7 categories in your ads management section to block or opt out altogether - and we all know what that means, don't we? Bull-friggin-ony! Get a grip, Yahoo, before you lose all of your valued users.
