  1. Ads are too long!

    We have to sit through a 30 second ad to watch a one minute video. This is excessive! This is why Yahoo will always lose to YouTube.

    All you need to do is go on facebook to see if they are on holiday somewhere and then they can use the device over there!!! Or make sure that any verification code will be sent to some other address rather than YAHOO.

    I've been a long time user of Yahoo, I haven't use your site as much as i used to. Before i would use it 25 - 30 times a day. Now I would use it twice a month. But probadly it would be last time today, but before, i'd like to visit your page to read news and read editorial, it was interesting, full of analysis, real interesting stories, excellence source for news.     I can't stop the automatic scrolling of the news at the top of the page, you have the play and pause button covered by an add, or info on the topic we are viewing.......how do I scroll at my own pace if I can't stop the automatic scrolling

  8. "Improve further" would imply that Yahoo has improved a lot over time. NOT SO... Yahoo, yes all of it, has gotten MUCH worse over time!

    I have been a dedicated Yahoo user for more than a decade. In the beginning, I loved the Homepage especially the customizable one, where you could choose and place the segments that you use most, where you wanted it. For all the changes you have made in your homepage, and to the services for your members and users, almost each and every one is for the worse!     Thank you for taking off the DM of the yahoo news I had problems they never posted my comments and I had to go through the face book over and over and still my comments were not posted. I'm sure many others had the same problem. hope you keep it up the good work with this hope I never see the DM in yahoo news.

  17. You may want to stop running your story about toothpaste fixes. The part where it is telling people that it can fix discs is untrue

    I've worked in a video store for over 10 years and we fix hundreds of discs a week. tooth paste is coarse and granular. It blocks the laser from reading discs properly and can scratch worse than before you used toothpaste. Please pull article before people ruin their discs further beyond repair. Thank you.

    LET ME IN - I have been a member of Carpatina Dolls Club for DECADES - unable to sign in using my yahoo ID, I gave up and created new one, yahoo let me in, but I am now told I have to be a club member to view the photos. The level of anger that rose in me scared ME!

    Please improve your service to me.
