Your sorry for the inconvenience, but how long is it going to take to make it right. There have been times that I get blank pages outside of yahoo headers on the top of the page. Sometimes when you touch things that are great and have a bunch of people liking it, you mess up trying to make it even better, so please leave it alone or take it back to where it use to be!

Allow printing of any email not just the latest email in a series.
Email: Allow printing any in a series of emails. It is very annoying to not be able to print the first email when two emails get grouped together. I keep looking for the option to allow me to print that first email but it is not to be found.

CHANGE your email solicitation policy to include us Canadians
Tell your Canadian customers that "THIS IS FOR "US of AMERICA" customers only!!! I tried to order a photo book through your GIFTS14 ad for wall art and was rejected. The ad says Globally but excludes Canada. Go tot your own ad, click on "photo book" and you'll see that it sucks you in to believe that photo books are include. NASTY way to do business,eh!

I had to change my password so many times that I do not know anymore which one I used last. I reported " can t remember password" and you are sending me a message in my yahoo account which I cannot open because the password is screwed up. Trying to phone you is a joke...1hour 20 minutes on the phone for nothing....so my messages are blocked and it does not seem possible to get them. Real brilliant.
