  10. I can NEVER access my emails, never lets me login. I have had this email for 15+ years and I am switching. I HATE yahoo

    I am so sick and tired of Yahoo crashing and never allowing me to login into my email. I will NEVER recommend this junk to anyone.

    I love how its asking for my email address... well don't send me an email because I can never get them!

  11. OK Yahoo: Once again you have decided to update my account. When does this end. I give all the information you require and get a message

    Try not updating the account every month or so. I have had this account for nearly 5 years and all of a sudden I keep getting a notice that you have to update my information. Surely by now you should have it right. I don't mind once a year but it seems every month or so you pull this ****. Don't tell me this for security either since you hand out my email address to dating services etc. Please get it together so I can get my mail regularly.

  19. Improve the Help icon

    Extremely difficult to open the ''Help'' icon next to the ''profile'' icon, The mouse doesn't seem to be able to find a spot to click it open when the menu appears, it is to small and it keeps closing again. Furthermore, the advertisement on the right partly hides when the help menu appears.

  20. Increase font sizes available for Yahoo Mail

    The font sizes you mandate in mail is hard to read for senoirs. Provide more options ot loose my busines. This is a drop down menu now, just add larger options
