  2. I believe that forcing people to use a different password when they try to recover is all wrong,poor memories.

    Poor memories makes this bad and why would it need to be different, I could see a window asking are you sure you want to do that, but not a total prevention.
    Ps
    The email used is mine if I can claim it or rather if I want to.

    If email issues are not resolved in next 24 hours I'm going to have to open a new account for my business on another platform. I prefer yahoo but it has been a week of hit and miss email access now which isn't working for me...

  8. If advertisement at the top of my email list is not gone in 30 days I am leaving Yahoo

    I am done with your adds Yahoo. I have been loyal for over a decade and will switch all my primary email to google and use anything else as my home page if these top of email adds are not removed. I don't care about the side ones.

    Stop putting US news articles on Yahoo Canada, that we can't take advantage of, i.e. Costco news item, new membership when the perks are only available in the US.

  13. Why have you disabled features of Yahoo Messenger and you keep asking for verification codes whichwhenI put them in never let me have access

    I am tired of this.Constant requests for verification codes just because I wan to put my new Mac on my Yahoo Messenger account.You force me to open a new account for the Mac.I could not use the old account on my I pad.Just constant requests for verification codes that do not work at all on the Mac.

    i am asking to help me to get back my e mail account and yahoo customer service is saying me create new account its free
    what kind of the service is this . it seems like this that yahoo has a partner ship with hackers and they are saying just pay money and get account back plz anyone can suggest what i have to do

  18. New Yahoo US home page SUCKS! Stop changing it... NEW is NOT better!

    It is not user friendly and trying to navigate through the page is the worst I have seen come from Yahoo. If this is your idea of improvement... someone needs to go back to the drawing board or just be fired.
