  1. I want to know how to avoid clicking on a video presentation. I do not want unless I chose. You guys need a decent competitor.

    Warn me if clicking will lead to a video, otherwise the user experience keeps getting worse. Are you starting a competitor site that you want me to use? I ask because the current video ambushing really sucks.

  3. What happened to the "close" button on incoming e-mail? Also why only a portion of incoming e-mail gets displayed. You come up with these

  8. What is with Yahoo randomly putting all my messages into my spam folder?

    For the 3rd time in a month, yahoo has moved ALL my emails from my inbox into my spam folder. I have no idea what is going on but I have changed my password 3 times to try and avoid it happening, yet it still keeps happening. I have had this account for many many years and would hate to close it, but at the same time I am so annoyed I don't know what else to do.

    YAHOO PLEASE PLEASE stop messing with my emails.

  14. NO MORE so called 'security measures' to safeguard emails

    You certainly do not need a MANDATORY mobile number to sign up. Some do not have a mobile phone for one thing. For another it is a definite trap to actually having an account compromised BY YAHOO! if (and inevitably WHEN) someone gets a new mobile number. I KNOW. B/C Facebook had a similar TRAP whereby I was denied access to my own account b/c the mobile number I signed up with no longer existed. BUT 'they' INSISTED I send a message from THAT number. They would NOT acknowledge my messages that I no longer had that mobile number. And,…

    Delete the "drop-box" or we all will find another email service! Stop forcing us to comply to these garbage programs! Return my "attachment" sending without the **** of drop-box! Everyone needs to complain about this new program, or delete Yahoo and find another email program.
