    Get more help for customer care because the ones you have are not answering your phone . Three months trying to talk with a live person can't be done with Yahoo. Am so close to just closing down our website .. Three hours on hold this morning try to talk with a service person ... did happen again for the 100th time .. Where is your service gone to .. I want to talk with a live person PLEASE ....

  9. why is s.yimg.com showing up when I want to play Yahoo games? This is the first time that I cannot get into the games.

    s.yimg.com-can't see videos, play Yahoo games like before-now we have this site demanding we allow it to store? When you hit deny it still sits there until the video is over-but the ADS come through loud and clear? Get rid of s.yimg.com, this new format is not working and you are obviously NOT LISTENING TO US!!!!

  12. Several years of my emails have disappeared from my "inbox".Older ones and newer ones are still there but many are gone?Are they retreivable

    Please get back my emails, I have been with you for years and much of my "inbox" has disappeared. Also, your page has become much too busy and ads keep re-appearing after deletion. I don't mind the ads and do check them out, but they are becoming a nuisance.

  16. At what point did I allow anyone to put ads in my email? There are filters to remove everone else's spam except for YAHELL sponsored SPAM,

    What kind of underhanded business are you running? Placing ads in our email, without our consent, and having the audacity to filter out everyone else's spam except yours?
    Not allowing this "SPAM" to be removed or filtered out and not allowing us to opt out of your miserable schemes to make money from people unaware of your deed.
    I have pulled my YHOO stock today, I will NOT re-invest until I see a marked change.
