why is it that I live in Alberta but the site shows my location in woodstock parish Nova scotia & it won't allow me to change it ???
why does the site show my location in woodstock parish new brunswick, when I live across the country in edmonton alberta ??? & it won't allow me to change it !?! wtf. really messes up any searches I do & weather reports...

I took the trouble to save my preferences and it took over 2 to 3 hours to do and now all has been deleted. Why?
Why can you not leave good enough alone? We take the time to select and change everything to our own preferences. Just putting in the stocks and colors was an evil job and now you just up and delete all my preferences without any warnings. I think this is a very rotten thing to do and you should be ashamed of yourselves !!!

Why can I no longer assign contacts to a group?
New Yahoo is pathetic! AM seriously considering changing after 25 years!!!unless Yahoo provides something of value. This is now useless! eg. emails hard to find, often coming in as "read", No underlining available, cannot assign contacts to a group...goes on, and on , and on. Each change made makes it that much worse! Must have been sent to kindergarten for development. What a disappointment!

Improve email service...
My complaint today has to do with email...
My account is broken. while composing emails I can not attach any files and the bottom bar that used to contain the attachment option is blank other than the SEND button.
The other issue is that if I want to move a file into a folder the old email would have a box next to the file and you could select the boxes and move more than one file. This option is no longer available in my email account. Is it just my email or is every email now like this.2886th ranked -

Negative reponse to new format
So now that it is apparent the new look Yahoo is not going over at all in a positive way,could the experts at Yahoo let us users know what changes are to be made or is the option of switching to the old format being reconsidered.Yahoo management cannot be happy with the response so in respect to the users of yahoo why no response????You made a change that hasn't worked its ok we all learn from our mistakes!!!!

If I can't have my old yahoo, I think I'll go to the google. They have a good site.
Why did you have to change the my yahoo page. This one is terrible. I don't have a smart phone and it seems everything is for that. Where can I go on the my yahoo page to change the color and format? I had everything set for many years and now it's all gone. If I can't have what you supplied I'll have to look at MSN or Google. This is a terrible new way you have.
