  3. Coke analogy is a bad analogy

    Nearly half a million people angrily called and wrote to Coca-Cola back in 1985 when it introduced the now infamous “New Coke” formula. Psychiatrists who listened in recall that many people sounded like they were talking about a death in the family.
    You should have picked a better analogy. What happened with Coke?
    People did not like it - McDonald's would not serve it. So they had Classic coke and new coke. After awhile they go rid of new coke and
    now it is back to the old coke.

  7. New Yahoo news home page will not follow the scroll bar

    Like others, I hate the new Yahoo News home page format. However, I have an additional problem. When I am using the scroll bar to scroll down the far too disorganized list of headlines, the list takes off on its own and makes it a problem for me to read the headline I was trying to read. It seems the list of headlines keeps scrolling even after I stop moving the scroll bar. other times the list jumps backwards from the position I am at on the scroll bar. All in all, very annoying. I use MS Ex-plorer on windows…

  9. I don't like this new format, it seems riddled with problems

    Every time I click on the mail icon, I get the following message:
    "" encountered a problem while trying to load

    I can no longer scroll through the "headline" bytes as the left and right arrow icons do nothing

  14. I prefer the older version as does other people I have talked to.

    This takes too long to load and is huge, especially with people who only have dial up. Yes, some areas still only have dial up available to them. Can't just find what you want to know about as easily - select certain categories...

  16. New homepage impossible to deal with!!

    when u scan the news stories for a min then decide that U want to view a particular story further and do so, when U go back everything has changed and U can't find the stories that were there before that is TOTALLY frustrating! Also I have written here about the weather page locking up my computer since the day after U changed. it is still happening every time I click it at the top of the page and I get in, my screen freezes and I have to go out of yahoo completely to get back to the home…
