  1. No Way to set up two step verification just takes me in a loop with no options to set it up

    Have been trying for days to contact them towards setting up two set verifications since my account was hacked and my contacts stolen and were sent a spammy email with my name in the title. No way to contact them via online assistance and would just keep taking me links that didn't have the information I needed o set up the two-step verification. Very annoying!!!!! Just trying to secure my account...

    Okay, video of someone dying, groups dying, rapes, violent encounters, are NOT NEWS. I am sick of all the content in your YAHOO main page. I am deleting my Rogers account for good.

  3. Get rid of Shalise Manza Young. Her comments are divisive and disturbing.

    The description of a Latino teenager as a white appearing person is divisive and irresponsible. She is commenting on a short video clip of officers appearing to stop a fight. Does she know the update the officers received for the call could she see the situation from their point of view? No. Terrible person.

    there is nothing on Yahoo that excels when compared to others...Yahoo had a great site for Bridge players that Yahoo destroyed leaving thousands especially seniors in USA and around the world in limbo....so why would any of us want news from yahoo ? there is the Google and Edge and so many more and what news...the same old same old

    I created an account just to complain about ads that take up the whole page !
    The only way to get around them is to turn your phone sideways !

  18. Not "Show Less From", but rather "Never show again"

    Your "Show less from" feature is less than stellar.

    I'm in Canada. In case you didn't know, Fresno is in California, in an entirely different country, 5000km away.

    When I ask to "Show less from" the Fresno Bee, what I wish to say is "Do you know basic geography? Are you sure? Because I couldn't care less what the Fresno Bee has to say and I wish it would vanish from my news feed.". Unfortunately, what Yahoo seems to understand is "Instead of 10 articles from that place that has no relevance to your existence, we will show you 5".

    Years ago I settled a reminder in my Yahoo agenda. I deleted long ago, but I still receive the message every month or so. Very annoying. How can I REALLY get rid of it, please.

    There are thousands of respiratory therapists, dentists, mechanics, and other tradespeople worldwide, each of which can claim unfortunate death due to suicide. To bring one front and center because they were unable to cope with their job pressures due to covid is plain clickbait. My respect for your service has greatly diminished. "Happy" new year.
