Get rid of VIDEO ADS in your news stories.
I will be looking for another NEWS wed site if these ads keep "popping up" in your stories. This is unfortunate since I really enjoyed getting quick news stories from your site.

Tabloid garbage
Yahoo has gotten worse recently, with low-grade low-brow tabloid-like stories. More news less garbage please. What you include on your webpage are mostly forms of entertainment and gross-out human spectacle that could be found in the back pages of a **** mag. How about inspiring us instead of stupefying us with no wit crassness.

*** Email in Spam Folder
How about really filtering SPAM instead of forcing us to review a whole list of ****** suggestive email EVERY DAY? I have no such problem with Gmail.
I truly hate Yahoo for creating a system where SPAM is the center of my daily mail-checking activities.
- Remove this annoying Spam filter, I don't want to see it and have to empty it every day.
- Block evidently inappropriate emails. Sexually suggestive emails are NOT difficult to spot and should not even land in our Spam folder.None of my daughters will ever get a Yahoo account. This practice really shows…

Don't give us the option of opting out of ads and then continue to place the ads. Hate the pop up ads.

Lose the UK news and advertisements that are made to look like news.
Perplexing why news stories are from the UK; maybe narrow down to North America. Fake news stories that turn out to be advertisements.

Get Rid of Framed Ads showing in Mail's Reply area
The cycling of ads in the reply area for Mail interrupts typing of a reply and forces the user to constantly view the screen...this is very irritating for those of us practised in touch-typing and is so irritating that I am feeling compelled to ditch yahoo mail and switch to another service...

Strange addresses appear when composing an email that are not from my contacts section
When I compose and select names to email, strange other names and addresses pop up mixed with my own contacts. I suspect that they belong to my contact people when they emailed me along with these others. I don't want these strangers and they did not give me permission for their names and email addresses. Next issue: if one of my contacts changes their email address and I delete the old one and add a new one, do not bring it back into my contacts section, or when I'm composing and selecting names from my contacts, do not decide to…

Stop putting up stories by the Daily Mail and other sources.
Here's my idea. I have Yahoo Canada and I don't want all these other sources that I don't even trust as true stories. You need to stop changing everything all the time. Most people don't like it and your changes are making it so we cannot even comment. Not all change is good. Put the news feed back to the way it was!!

Stop linking to the Daily Mail! They're a Rupert Murdoch "news" source.
This means they are as biased as a loyal member of the Tea Party or Wild Rose party (not much difference there actually). You should be linking to legitimate, and by comparison, trustworthy and less biased news sources, for instance the Guardian, or BBC, or the Globe and Mail, or CBC. In other words something that DOESN'T belong to Murdoch.

Stop putting videos in text stories. The thumbnails are misleading and it is constant auto-play when trying to READ headlines.
There is an icon for videos, but that does not seem to matter as everything I open is a video. I want to READ headlines, not WATCH them. Most thumbnails are for videos now, but I used to be able to screen those out by looking. that is no longer the case.
Recent changes are making the new feed unusable, any add revenue increase will be wasted since I will not visit anymore if it stays this way long. I am assuming that is the reason for the change, because anything else makes no sense to bait and switch.
