  1. Go back to the original home page.

    Your new home page has too much info. Go back to the original. Why change something that works just because you can. I will not be using the home page from this date on. I will be looking for a more user friendly page for news and e-mail unless you go back to what worked perfectly well.

  3. Stop

    1) Yahoo constantly changes things around, this is very frustrating.

    2) Stop changing things that already work (e.g., what is the silly dark blue background that is there when I read a news piece - some parts of the write-up are hard top see now, there are many more examples).
    3) Work on fixing the problems (the e-mail piece, especially changing fonts, editing, ..., needs a lot of fixing). I am getting so tired of these issues that I am considering to ditch Yahoo and start fully using ....
    4) Get people who have more logic (or at least some…

  7. I still hate this new format - is there a way to go back to the previous version? Why can't we have the option?

    I really detest the newest version of your homepage. Certainly there MUST be someone there that is able to put together something that will give us the option to use either the new page, or revert back to the previous one!!!! I'm sure that the number of people that have let you know that they don't like the new version must be a relatively high number, and should warrant some sort of action on your part, or is it a case of "we just don't care"?!?!?!?!

  12. New homepage is Inefficient, cluttered and difficult to use. Why fix something that is not broken?

    The new Yahoo homepage is cluttered, unattractive and difficult to navigate. There is so much useless information no matter that by the time that I have reached less than half of the headlines and I become bored and switch to Google which has a cleaner site. I used Yahoo almost from Yahoo’s first day; I have a Yahoo small business account, four different e-mail addresses and a web site. I am considering switching.

  14. Your overzellous zeal in banning without warning and you not having any form of recourse to fight the suspentions I quit using yahoo

    Yahoo has the worst censors on the web and the worst service of any company I've attempted to deal with. I opened over 50 e-mail accounts to fill with spam only and will never use your pathetic service for anything ever again. You suspended me without warning over a comment I made on a religious forum and refused to hear my appeal. If this is how you treat long time patrons of your site then I want no further part of it. I have opened up accounts with MSN and have bid goodby to your **** site for good.

    I check both Yahoo Canada and Yahoo UK. Uk has had this format for a while now and I was glad that Canada had stayed the same. I have tried the new format with Yahoo UK and DO NOT LIKE IT. It is very inconvenient. I want to find the stories I like easily without having to scroll down through endless pages.

  16. why give an option for turning on location services. if we say no... you ignore it anyway. and hijack our computers? why bother?
