Customer service response
I have requested support 3 times now for an email account that has disappeared and is now saying it is unrecognised. ‘Jordan’ from customer services had emailed exactly the same response each time without even reading my problem. It is clearly an automated response directing me to help pages which I have already checked and are no help. I am now left without important emails and am getting no help from customer services whatsoever.
Please can somebody explain how my email can be retrieved?
