I have received an email supposedly from you in my spam folder. It looks genuine about the GDPR so why is it in spam? It seems I cannot contact you if using basic mail and I do not want the other version as it runs slowly.
I tried to contact from email but it wanted to send an account key - i don't understand how this works, do not want it and far prefer a secure password. Are you genuinely trying to contact me and if so what am I supposed to do?

I sent a few support tickets to Yahoo about our privacy and they couldn't pinpoint to the problem and sent me back all time the very same automatic generated message.
They requested me to reply to the email address thay gave me, doing that I received an email in which they just told me that email address is NOT monitored. then why are they ask us to reply to an email address they do NOT monitor?
They were NOT prepared to this GDPR convention. They only tried to be legaly covered, but they just failed. You got from them a spam mail, so do not expect more from the nowadays yahoo services. Thay were bought into the Oath company, which made them a very ugly and bad email provider company.
The opt-out site from our data sharing mechanism was 3 lines of css. and nothing else. I made a support about it and they did not answered at all.their time just ended as a good mail delivery service. it is sad, but I am going to move forward to a better company.
I suggest you move forward to a better company.
