    My sent e-mails from mid-2020 to mid-March 2023 have disappeared. I don't know why this has happened and am not really interested in the explanation. However, I do want them back please.

    I have just logged on to Yahoo and found that my e mail account is now devoid of all my contacts, it has taken me years to obtain all that valuable information please tell me what has happened and reinstate the contact list asap

    I have set up a new account by mistake and I would like to unsubscribe now. I want my old account back, It would not let me login to my old account and I have had it for years. It would not recognise my password or username. It is is critical that I get it back and unsubscribe to the one I have just set up. It is critical.
