Currently, I have an email account that was my First Email back when Yahoo was new. Currently, I cannot log into it as the cellphone number I used for security I no longer have access to, I want to update that account recovery information, but not able to as the account is so old it was made before a Recovery email option was introduced.

I cannot contact support as the only good support is only available to Premium members.

The idea is that Yahoo provides a one-time unlock link obtained by CAPTCHA and the "I am not a Robot" bit and ask for an alternate account to send the access link to.

Or allow a "NON" Premium member to contact Support via online Chat helper.

That is my idea I hope something comes of it.
