Please default to my Windows Settings (English GB) and not to where you think my laptop is as it's most unhelpful when on travels.

I have unable to access mail its very slow not responding not able to reply / print the mail since few days i think some problem in window setting in my desktop . Are you able to investigate?

Every time I try to sign in have to go around your system because it automatically goes to a foriegn language.
