Accuracy in your Reports
Yahoo has become worse than the once infamous Guardian for spellings and grammatical errors. Constant repetition of information is legion too.
This is in today's coverage of the sad accident in Wimbledon:
Wimbledon MP Stephen Hammond said the tragedy happened as pupils were having a celebratory party outside the classroom on the last day of term, which neighbours said was also the last day of the £16,000-a-year private school’s headteacher.'
Why is there a reference to the Head Teacher when the words are superfluous to the rest of the sentence?
One example but that proves that you need proof readers to ensure such errors do not occur.

As I said in my report accuracy is important and whilst we all make errors if Yahoo believes it is important to include something in its New page then t he articles should be checked to ensure that what is intended to be said is actually what is being said.
