Hi I have recently created a new email with you and it is not able to receive emails?
Please see issue as above. Also I downloaded your app so I could check my emails easily from my phone, but it is not recognising my email address even tho it does on browser and I can sign in there. I have attempted to permanently delete my account to try and start over but once again it is saying it does not recognise my email. Can you please advise what I can do about this? Thanks
