    I can use my e-mail account OK.
    However, quite regularly my Yahoo browser closes down
    and I have to open it up again to carry on with what I'm doing.
    Is Yahoo closing itself down if there's sign of inactivity?

    cant access yahoo mail on samsung s22 ultra. using the app or web page but can on a pc. the phone says its a bug and wait for an update to rectify?

    android phone: My mail app kept crashing, uninstalled, reinstaled, now I cannot sign in because I need to click on a Push notification and I receive none.

    PC: Tried to open Yahoo Mail on a newly-installed browser (Firefox) and it still needs me to click on my mobile notification that I never receive.

    No other option to verify my account.
    No option to contact anyone for help (I am not in the UK, therefore the UK number you provide is unusable by me)
    How can I access my emails, please?

    eta: apparently, the app works normally on iPhones

    Cannot open app as of today, my phone informed me the app has a bug & not to open again until the developer fixes it. Please look into this & fix it. I have a Samsung S24.

    The mobile app cannot be opened. It simply crashes on opening with a 'critical error'. There is not ability to contact for help as it keep pushing you back to the 'help articles' and never to anyone to assist! This is very frustrating!!! Please provide some guidance or support to allow us to access the mobile app.

    I can't access my inbox to read my emails. I need to gain access- please at least issue a statement or something public via radio or news- something so that us 'little people' can understand! Thanks
